Growing Instructions:

1. Soaking: Soak 1/4 cup of wheatgrass seeds in cool water for 6-12 hours.
2. Rinsing: Drain the soak water and rinse the seeds with cool water every 8-12 hours until tiny roots appear.
3. Planting: Plant the seeds in a thoroughly moistened growing medium.
4. Covering: Cover the crop with a tray or plate to keep light out and moisture in.
5. Watering: Keep the medium moist by watering lightly as needed.
6. Light exposure: Once the grass reaches 4-6 cm tall, remove the cover and move it to a well-lit location.
7. Harvesting: Harvest the grass when it's 10-30 cm tall by cutting just above the medium.
