Refund policy
At SEEDS N BEYOND, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're committed to resolving any issues and offer exchanges or refunds in accordance with the following guidelines:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on perishable items unless they are damaged.
20% Cart Value Restocking Fees is applied on cancelling and return of products. Returns will be at buyers expense. No refund on shipping fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

BULK ORDER POLICY
1. Bulk Order Definition
A bulk order is defined as any order that exceeds 1KG of a single product.
2. Returns
- No Returns for Bulk Orders: We do not accept returns for bulk orders unless there is a substantial reason, such as receiving incorrect goods.
- Exceptions: In the event of a substantial issue, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.
3. Sample Orders
- Testing Quality: We encourage customers to order a sample of the product before placing a bulk order. This allows you to assess the quality and ensure satisfaction with the product.
- Sample Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of samples.

Incorrect or Incomplete Order Claims
At Seeds N Beyond, we strive to ensure all orders are packed accurately. In the rare event that you receive a different item or a lesser quantity than what you ordered, the following conditions apply:
1. Proof Requirement
To process your claim, you must provide:
- A clear photo of the seed packet(s) received.
- A clear photo of the packing slip included in your order.
We cannot assess or process claims without both of these.
2. Case-by-Case Resolution
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Store Credit (excluding any shipping fees paid).
- Replacement of the affected item(s).
- Refund (excluding any shipping fees paid).
3. Free Shipping Threshold Adjustments
If your original order qualified for Free Shipping and a partial refund/store credit is processed which brings your total below the free shipping threshold (currently $40), we reserve the right to:
- Deduct the applicable standard shipping fee from the refund/credit amount.
Example:
- Original order: $42 (Free Shipping applied)
- Refund request: $3
- Adjusted order total: $39 → below free shipping threshold
- Applicable shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
4. Policy Changes & Exceptions
Seeds N Beyond reserves the right to amend this policy or make exceptions at our discretion, if and when needed.
