Fast and Reliable Delivery at SEEDS N BEYOND
At SEEDS N BEYOND, we want to get your purchases to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy explains how we process and ship orders, along with helpful information for domestic deliveries.
Bulk/Heavy Orders
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $60 across Australia (Subject to offer applicable at the time you are reading this policy).. However, for bulk or heavy orders, shipping costs can vary significantly depending on the delivery postcode.
Our system may not always be able to calculate the exact shipping fee at checkout for such orders. If the actual shipping cost exceeds $24.99, we will cover the first $24.99 and invoice you for the remaining balance.
Before dispatching your order, we will contact you via email with the additional shipping cost and payment link. You will have the option to:
- Pay the difference in shipping to proceed with the order, or
- Request a full refund by simply replying to the email.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to provide fair and transparent shipping options for all customers.
Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days after receiving confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Order Processing - During Spring & Holidays
We process orders within 6-10 business days after receiving confirmed payment during Spring & Holidays (1st October until 10th of January every year. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Options - Australia Post (Standard & Express)
We offer standard and express shipping for both domestic orders. We use Australia Post mainly to send parcels. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on your chosen method and delivery destination.
Transit Time
Depends on the postage service you choose (Standard or Express) Usually, 1-2 business days for express post & 3-8 business days for standard post.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking number. If your parcel is less than $30 value you might not see tracking number. Please contact us via chat or email to track your package's progress.
Delivery Delays
We aim to meet our estimated delivery times, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, customs delays, or carrier issues can cause holdups. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
Accurate Addresses Matter
Please double-check your shipping information during checkout! SEEDS N BEYOND cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, SEEDS N BEYOND is not liable for lost or stolen packages. To ensure your order arrives safely, consider choosing a secure delivery location.
