Radish Sango (Microgreen) Seeds
Add a burst of colour and flavour to your favourite sandwich with Radish Sango microgreens! These vibrant purple shoots are topped with fresh green leaves, making them a perfect garnish for salads. With their peppery, spicy bite, these Radish shoots bring a deliciously bold taste to any dish.
Microgreens are harvested as young seedlings before the first true leaves form, offering a concentrated range of flavours. Quick and easy to grow, they can be cultivated year-round, either indoors or in a warm greenhouse.
Sprouting Instructions:

Soak the seeds in warm water for 1-2 hours. Drain, rinse, and transfer the seeds into a sprouter or any suitable tray/container.

Place the container in a low-light area at room temperature (22°C is ideal).

Rinse and drain the seeds every 12 hours for 2-5 days, depending on how large you want the sprouts to be.

When rinsing, avoid disturbing the seeds and sprouts—keep them in place to form a compact mass.

Once ready, store your sprouts in a plastic bag or sealed container in the refrigerator.

Sprouts are best when fresh, but they can be stored for up to 5 days if kept dry.
