Lemon Mint (Monarda citriodora)
Lemon Mint, also known as Lemon Bee Balm, is an annual herb reaching up to 60 cm in height. This upright plant features lemon-scented leaves commonly used to flavor poultry and fish dishes. It produces attractive lavender to pinkish-lavender flowers that not only enhance garden aesthetics but also attract bees and other beneficial pollinators. Ideal for garden borders, Lemon Mint adds both culinary and ornamental value to gardens.
