It is often referred to as the "Immortality Herb," is a vigorous perennial climber highly valued for its health-promoting properties. Native to Japan and other parts of East Asia, Jiaogulan is traditionally brewed into a refreshing, energising tea, known for its adaptogenic effects.

Rich in saponins—over three times more than ginseng—this herb is believed to support cardiovascular health, aid in weight management, and help reduce high blood pressure. The leaves can be used fresh or dried for tea.
