How to Grow Fenugreek Sprouts

Add ½ cup of water and soak the seeds for 4 hours.
Drain the water, rinse the seeds well, and leave them to drain for a few hours.
Repeat rinsing and draining 2–3 times daily.
Fenugreek sprouts will be ready to eat in approximately 5 days.
