This Heirloom Cucumber Mix provides a diverse selection of cucumber varieties and may include Crystal Apple, Lebanese, Muncher's Burpless, Space Master, Mini White, Richmond Green Apple, Armenian, Marketmore, National Pickling, Long White, and Boston Pickling. The seeds are randomly combined into a single packet, allowing gardeners to cultivate cucumbers in various shapes, sizes, colors, and flavors—types often not found in supermarkets. The unique characteristics of each variety will become apparent as the fruits develop.​

Important Note:

Some seeds in this mix are treated with the fungicide Thiram to protect against seedborne and soilborne fungal diseases. Thiram is a non-systemic fungicide commonly used to prevent crop damage in the field and protect harvested crops during storage and transport. Treated seeds may be dyed a distinct color to indicate treatment.​

Safety precautions for handling treated seeds include:​

• Do not consume the seeds or feed them to animals.​
• Keep seeds away from children and pets.​
• Wear gloves when handling the seeds.​
• Thoroughly wash hands and any exposed skin with soap and water after contact.​

It's important to note that while the seeds are treated, the fungicide does not affect the resultant crop or harm beneficial insects such as bees. The cucumbers grown from these seeds are safe to eat.
