How to Grow Chickpea Sprouts:
Rinse 150g of chickpea seeds thoroughly and place them in a glass sprouter.
Fill the sprouter with water and soak the seeds for 4 hours.
Drain the water and leave the seeds to rest for 4 hours.
Rinse and drain the seeds 2–3 times daily.
Within 24 hours, small sprout tails will begin to emerge.
Chickpea sprouts are ready to eat in 2–3 days!
