Sowing Instructions:
-
Direct sow seeds in the garden, 15mm deep, 10cm apart, with rows 50cm apart.

- Keep soil moist but not waterlogged until seedlings establish.
- Optional: Soak seeds overnight for improved germination.
Growing Tips:
- Water when soil is dry 5cm below the surface.
- Avoid over-fertilizing to prevent excessive leaf growth over root formation.
- Thin seedlings if necessary to maintain 10cm spacing between plants.

-
Roots: Ready in 55 days; gently pull or lift with a garden fork.
- Store in a perforated bag in the fridge or pickle for long-term storage.
