Sprouting Instructions:
- Measure 150g of adzuki beans into a glass sprouter.
- Rinse thoroughly by filling the jar with water, swirling, and draining. Repeat as needed.
- Soak the beans in fresh water for 8 hours, then drain completely.
- Rinse and drain the beans 2–3 times daily.
- After 2 days, roots will begin to form.
- Your sprouts will be ready to harvest and enjoy in 3–4 days.
